Hello everyone, and Happy September – how did that happen?!

We hope this edition of the Rachael Sage newsletter finds you well, and that you've been enjoying your summer. The world is a very chaotic and overwhelming place these days, to be sure – but we hope you're taking time to walk in nature, look at art, and listen to music!!! These are the things that remind us how interconnected we all are...and have the added benefit of making you smarter and lowering your blood pressure :)

1. "POETICA" AVAILABLE FOR PRE-ORDER (DIGITAL, CD & VINYL!!)

"Poetica" is coming October 22, and the album is available for pre-order now in the following formats!

• Poetica Deluxe CD: hardcover book with a 28-page booklet including all the poems, beautiful art photographs by Tom Moore and Mark Anton Smith, and an additional CD of instrumentals.
• Poetica Vinyl Edition: 180-gram vinyl including 4 mailable art postcards.

2. NEW SINGLE "PASSENGER" DEBUTS VIA POPWRAPPED & MUSIC NEWS!

"Passenger", the second track from Poetica has just premiered in PopWrapped (US) and Music News (UK). This engaging blues-poetry track brings together acclaimed Grammy® nominee Dave Eggar, UK harmonica player Will Wilde, Philly-based Hammond organ player Kevin J. Killen, and guitarists Gerry Leonard (David Bowie) & Jack Petruzzelli (Patti Smith) to weave mesmerizing musical atmospheres around Rachael's sensual spoken-word delivery. 3. "THANKSGIVING", 1ST VIDEO FROM "POETICA" OUT NOW!

"Thanksgiving", the debut single from Rachael's new project Poetica is out now! The lyric video (made by NLX) premiered in Guitar Girl (US) and Noctis Magazine (UK). You can hear it on Spotify here.

4. POETICA FALL TOUR: SEPTEMBER & OCTOBER

Tickets are on sale now for "The Poetica Tour", supporting the debut album from Rachael's new musical project! With album release shows in NYC, New Haven, Boston, Chicago, Atlanta and more, the tour will feature accompaniment by Grammy® nominee Dave Eggar (Paul Simon) and Kelly Halloran (Michael Franti); visit Rachael's Shows Page for more info, Covid safety policies, and ticket links.

Rachael is thrilled to be sharing the stage with her labelmate Grace Pettis over an upcoming weekend in New England. On Friday, September 10 they will be at Never Ending Books as part of the East Rock Concert Series in New Haven, CT, and on Sunday, September 12 they will be on The Burren Back Patio in Somerville, MA. Tickets are on sale now! Capacity is limited, so don't wait.
