1. NY-AREA SHOWS THIS FALL

Rachael is looking forward to performing closer to home in the upcoming weeks. She will be making a rare Brooklyn appearance on September 30 at The Jalopy Theatre (also with Miriam Clancy), then making her long-awaited return to Binghamton on October 1 for an evening at Atomic Tom's. She will be accompanied at both shows by Trina Hamlin on harmonica and percussion. Tickets for both shows are on sale now at rachaelsage.com/shows.

Also, in November Rachael will be attending the Northeast Regional Folk Alliance Conference (NERFA) in Asbury Park, NJ. If you are hosting a Private Showcase (either in-person or virtual) and would like Rachael to be a part of it, please drop us a line!

2. FOR YOUR GRAMMY® CONSIDERATION: POETICA

Rachael's collaborative spoken word project Poetica has been entered into the initial round of Grammy® voting for Best Spoken Word Poetry Album. This is the very first year that The Grammys® have included this particular category, which is very exciting. If you are a voting member, we would greatly appreciate your consideration!

3. PERFORMANCES FROM THE REVELATION TOUR

While over in the UK and Ireland last month, Rachael and violinist Kelly Halloran had the pleasure of doing a few special performances. Here are a few highlights:

Rachael & Kelly recorded a session on a canal boat moored along the Shropshire Union Canal in northern England for The Narrowboat Sessions, that has over 13,000 views so far on Facebook! Check out "Revelation Ground" here.

At their show at Whelan's in Dublin, Mickey Joe Harte invited Rachael on stage to accompany him on his song "Bordertown". You can see that here.

4. NOW BOOKING FOR 2023

Rachael and Team MPress are now hard at work planning the 2023 tour behind her forthcoming album. (She is especially looking forward to getting back to places she hasn't been able to get to for a while, including the West Coast.)
